faulty shower temperature customer service training

The shower's temperature control was faulty. It alternated between scalding hot and icy cold, not fun. the staff at breakfast seemed like they needed customer service training. Basic communication skills were lacking.

the location is very convenient for seeing the city. i found the breakfast to be delicious with good options. the rooms were quiet allowing for restful sleep.

The staff were super professional. food portions were huge i loved that. the bedroom and ensuite were also huge. Beautiful furnishings were provided.

The hotel is located on a noisy street. I could hear traffic.

charming hotel, excellent location

friendly staff convenient location tasty breakfast clean room

The staff proved wonderfully friendly and efficient. i did find the location very convenient to the railway station and town centre. breakfast offered a tasty full english, all freshly cooked. the room was very clean. I found that to be a real plus.

the soundproofing could use some improvement, i did hear street noise.

the hotel is near public transport links and close to main attractions. it provided easy access and it made exploring convenient. the area felt safe to walk at night, i like that.

The rooms are furnished nicely with comfortable beds and good linens. the bathroom was super clean and the shower pressure was powerful. fresh towels came daily. This i valued.

excellent service and comfy rooms

comfy room great shower

i stayed here for a couple of nights. yasmina's service was prompt and courteous (she really made the difference). the room was very comfy and had a great shower. i especially appreciated how clean and cozy everything was.

i noticed the absence of a proper cooling system in the room. there was only one tiny fan available, which wasn't quite sufficient for the warmer weather (it was a bit inconvenient).

the reception area had a clean, inviting appearance. i found the staff to be pleasant and efficient (exactly what i needed after a long journey).
