The shower's temperature control was faulty. It alternated between scalding hot and icy cold, not fun. the staff at breakfast seemed like they needed customer service training. Basic communication skills were lacking.

The staff proved wonderfully friendly and efficient. i did find the location very convenient to the railway station and town centre. breakfast offered a tasty full english, all freshly cooked. the room was very clean. I found that to be a real plus.

the soundproofing could use some improvement, i did hear street noise.

i stayed here for a couple of nights. yasmina's service was prompt and courteous (she really made the difference). the room was very comfy and had a great shower. i especially appreciated how clean and cozy everything was.

i noticed the absence of a proper cooling system in the room. there was only one tiny fan available, which wasn't quite sufficient for the warmer weather (it was a bit inconvenient).
